Pilates Mat
This non-impact workout done on the mat is designed to enhance strength & stability of the core, or your mid-section, known as "The Powerhouse". This class increases overall body strength, endurance, balance and coordination. The single fastest way to flatten the abs & slim the hips, thighs and buttocks.

Pilates Sculpt

Same classic mat however adding weights for more all over toning.

 Intro to Belly Dancing 101

 Shimmy and shake your way to fitness with belly dancing!                         In this intro class you will be taught the basic moves in belly dancing.       We will be emphasizing muscular isolations of the core muscles while celebrating the sensuality and power of being a woman.
